Shipping Policy
We ship all orders through Canada Post as well as our local drop-off delivery service. We work hard to get your order packaged and sent out as quickly as possible because we know how exciting it is to receive something new! once it is shipped we are no longer responsible for what happens.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Pink Prairie Boutique, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please be sure to double-check your order before completing your purchase.
If something happens to your package during shipping (such as loss or damage in transit), you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier, as once the package leaves us, it is in their hands.
If your item arrives damaged due to an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and details. If the damage is determined to be our responsibility, we will offer a 40% store credit toward a future purchase. If the damage is caused after delivery or due to improper care, we are not responsible.
